Q: Are files uploaded to the server?

No. All processing happens in your browser. Files never leave your device, fully protecting your privacy.

Q: What if recognition is slow?

First use requires downloading language packs (about 10-20MB); subsequent recognition is faster. Large images also take more time.

Q: What if accuracy is low?

Make sure the image is clear and the text region is large. Checking "grayscale preprocessing" can improve accuracy. Handwritten text recognition is less effective.

Q: Which image formats are supported?

Supports PNG, JPEG, WebP, BMP. We recommend using high-resolution images.
