Our Mission
DocsAll's mission is to let everyone process documents with privacy and security, without sacrificing convenience. We believe that processing a PDF, converting an image format, or organizing text should not come at the cost of surrendering your files. You shouldn't have to register an account or upload private files just to use a simple tool, nor should you be forced to choose between efficiency and privacy.
What We Do
DocsAll is a privacy-first AI office tool platform that offers two types of content:
- 65+ self-built tools: Covering common office scenarios such as PDF, image, text, format conversion, and file processing. Document tools run locally in the browser, while conversion tools are handled securely on the server.
- 78 blog tutorials: Sharing office document processing tips, tool usage guides, and privacy protection knowledge.

Unlike many online tools that require file uploads or forced login, DocsAll sticks to its own path in four aspects:
- Privacy-first: All file processing in our self-built tools happens in your browser. Files are never uploaded to the server, and your data always stays on your own device.
- Completely free: All basic tools are free forever — no watermarks, no usage limits, no hidden fees.
- No registration required: All client-side features work out of the box. Login is optional, not a barrier.
- Overseas deployment, no filing required: Hosted on overseas servers (domain docsall.com), with stable access and no ICP filing requirements.
Technical Philosophy
The core technical philosophy of DocsAll's self-built tools is data never leaves the device. We leverage modern browser-side technologies like WebAssembly (WASM) to run file processing logic directly in your browser. This means: processing speed depends on your device's performance, not network bandwidth; your files never pass through our servers, eliminating the risk of server-side leaks.
On the tech stack, DocsAll is built with Astro as a static site and deployed on Cloudflare Pages, balancing performance, security, and global access speed.
Business Model
Currently in the MVP stage, DocsAll is completely free. In the future, we may introduce ads or subscriptions to sustain operations, but we promise: the core client-side document processing features will always remain free, and the privacy-first principle will not change due to business model adjustments.

DocsAll is operated by DocsAll Labs Ltd., a small team of 7 founded in 2018 and headquartered in Singapore. We focus on privacy-first office document tool development, firmly believing that great tools should let users control their own data.
