The Free plan includes 65+ browser-side tools, completely free. Pro unlocks tools that require server-side processing, such as PDF-to-Word, Word/Excel/PPT-to-PDF, and more.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. After cancellation, your subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle, then automatically downgrades to the Free plan. No extra fees.
Q: What payment methods are supported?
Secure payment via Stripe, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q: What does the Team plan include?
The Team plan includes 5 seats, all Pro features, external API access (programmatic tool calls), and priority technical support.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
All payments are encrypted via Stripe. We never touch or store your credit card information. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Within 7 days of your first payment, if you haven't used Pro features, you can request a full refund. After that, refunds are prorated by months used. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
