The calculated value of the formula is exported, not the formula itself — consistent with what Excel shows when saved.
Q: What encoding does the CSV use?
Output is UTF-8 with a BOM so that Excel displays Chinese and other characters correctly when opened directly.
Q: Are merged cells preserved?
No. CSV is a plain-text format; only the text value of each cell is kept, and merged structure and styling do not apply to CSV.
