Yes. Standard CSV quoting is supported (commas, line breaks, and quotes within fields) and parsing follows RFC 4180.
Q: Will the first row become the header?
Yes. The first row is used as the header and is given a light fill style in Excel to identify it.
Q: Which encodings are supported?
UTF-8, including automatic BOM detection. For GBK-encoded CSV files, save them as UTF-8 in Excel first.
