FAQ

Q: How do I draw a handwritten signature?

Visit an online signature pad like https://signature-pad.github.io, draw your signature, click "Save as PNG" to get the dataURL, and paste it into the Base64 image input.

Q: Does text signature support Chinese?

Currently text signature uses the Helvetica font and supports only English and digits. For Chinese signatures, we recommend drawing by hand and using the Base64 image mode.

Q: How are coordinates calculated?

The origin is the bottom-left corner of the page. X increases to the right; Y increases upward. Unit is points. A4 is 595 pt wide and 842 pt tall.

Q: Are files uploaded to the server?

No. All processing happens in your browser. Files never leave your device.

Q: Does the e-signature have legal validity?

This tool provides a visual signature (adding a signature image to the PDF) and does not have the legal validity of a digital certificate. For legally valid digital signatures, use a professional service like Adobe Sign.
