HEIC to JPG Guide

Updated 2026-09-13 · DocsAll Guides

Quick answer: Convert iPhone HEIC photos to universally compatible JPG right in the browser — no upload, no software. Open HEIC 转 JPG — everything runs locally in your browser, and files never leave your device.

Steps

  1. Drop .heic files into the HEIC to JPG tool (batch supported).
  2. Click convert — decoding happens locally via WebAssembly.
  3. Download the .jpg files, which open anywhere.

Important notes

  • Conversion runs in your browser, so private photos never touch a server.
  • Live Photo motion segments and HDR data are not part of the static JPG — that is expected.
  • Permanent fix: on iPhone go to Settings → Camera → Formats → "Most Compatible" and future photos are JPG natively.

Common questions

Did the colors shift slightly? Wide-gamut HEIC narrows to sRGB in JPG; the difference is usually invisible.

Why are the JPGs bigger than the HEICs? JPG compression is less efficient than HEIC — run them through Image Compress if size matters.
